I have been successfully involved in the real estate sales and finance industry for over 20 years now.  Originally, I served as a Director of the Financial Services Group for the internationally recognized commercial real estate brokerage firm, Cushman & Wakefield – headquartered in NYC.  I successfully closed larger debt financing and real estate sales transactions nationwide totaling over $200,000,000 while in this capacity.  Since relocating to Rhode Island in 2001, I have been involved in the residential mortgage industry as a purchase and refinancing mortgage specialist.  During my tenure in this capacity, I closed over $70,000,000 of residential loans in over 300 transactions.

Recently (2008) I moved into the position of Director, Business Development for First Northern Financial Group, Inc. (“FNFG”), a wholesale mortgage financing company.  Since arriving, I have focused my efforts on securing new relationships with realtors and real estate companies throughout New England – where FNFG has grown to become a preferred provider for many individual realtors and real estate companies/franchisees to assist their buying clients in purchase mortgage financing transactions.

My technical and detailed knowledge of the multitude of variables involved in residential and commercial mortgage financing has been invaluable for clients seeking efficient, low-cost loan originations – whether a refinance or purchase mortgage.

The most obvious elements to my success are the service to my clients, my availability, and my technical expertise to help manage transactions from the start to the finish by delivering as promised up-front – something every client deserves and desires.  My customers have also been appreciative of my clear communication style – it has helped them to truly understand all the details associated with this important process.

I am supported in my role as Director, Business Development at FNFG by a staff of senior loan officers and processing personnel.  By directing the business for my clients to the appropriate professionals here at FNFG, I am able to optimize service and efficiency for everyone involved.  FNFG utilizes a well-balanced team approach that results in every one of my customers receiving the best possible loan terms while being provided with outstanding service throughout the transaction process.
